Opening pathways for rural Australians
Many people reach our leadership programs through industry sponsorships or organisational support. But not everyone has access to those pathways.
Some of the most capable people in rural Australia work quietly in community organisations, schools, health services, small businesses and local initiatives without a clear route into leadership development.
