Back People. Build Communities. Shape the Future.
Rural, regional, and remote Australia is no stranger to change. Some of it’s welcome - new opportunities, new industries, new ways of working. Some of it’s confronting - housing shortages, youth crime, supply chain breakdowns, and energy transition.
Change is inevitable. But leadership determines whether communities and industries adapt and thrive or get left behind.
That’s why investing in people is the best way to invest in the future.
At the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation, we back the changemakers, the problem-solvers, the bridge-builders. The people who don’t just react to change, but shape it—who make sure their communities and industries drive the future, rather than fear it.
When you back people, you build stronger communities. You shape a better future.
Donate today. Because leadership is the difference between communities that struggle—and those that lead their own way forward.
About the ARLF
For more than 30 years, the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation has challenged rural, regional and remote Australians to step outside of their comfort zone and into leadership through hands-on leadership development experiences. Over $100 million has been invested in developing 3,000+ leaders from all backgrounds. ARLF continues to advocate for investing in people as the most critical asset for thriving futues.

Gifts in Will
The Australian Rural Leadership Foundation welcomes gifts in Will. Funds will go directly towards a scholarship for an Australian who has great potential but doesn’t meet the criteria specified by their preferred program’s sponsors.
Testimonials
"By actually making that contribution, we’ve got skin in the game. We’re walking the talk. For us, it grounds us to that priority, and taking the time to reflect on why it is a priority, and we’re committed to doing that."
Ross and Edwina Sharrock

"For some teachers, their sole job is to educate and teach kids – and that’s ok. But I’d like to challenge that there’s a bigger picture to be seen. I want to see myself as a principal remembered for making positive changes, influencing others and bringing young leaders up. I’m incredibly fortunate and humbled to receive the alumni scholarship."
Paul Harmer

“I grew up in an environment that was at times difficult, so I know what it’s like to need a hand to stand up and make a difference. That’s why I’m investing in the ARLP – if you have the capacity to give, then do it, and know that it’s going to make a huge difference.”
Tim Ferraro
