I'm fundraising for leadership in the NT!
I believe every Territorian should have the opportunity to reach their leadership potential and make a positive contribution to a thriving Territory and rural, regional and remote Australia.
The opportunity for Territorians to participate in the iconic and nationally recognised 15-month Australian Rural Leadership Program, discover their true purpose, develop their leadership skills and confidence, build national and international networks and shape the future of the Territory is a significant leadership development opportunity (valued at $55,000).
But the reality is:
· Not every leader found suitable, has access to an ARLP scholarship
Nine months after losing my husband, Donna Digby, ARLP graduate (Course 27) and Australian Rural Leadership Foundation Fellow founded Territory Connect to address this challenge.
On the back of the inaugural 2024 Leadership on Larapinta FUNdraising Walk, where 10 leaders from WA, NT, QLD and SA tackled 100 km of the iconic Larapinta Trail, on western Arrernte Country in Central Australia, together with 300+ donors we raised $53,354.
Together our collective fundraising efforts has had a direct impact on a Central Australian leader being selected to participate in Course 32, ARLP starting in June 2025.
As we firmly believe in walking the walk and talking the talk, we are hitting the Larapinta Trail again in 2025, with 11 dynamic and generous leaders from NT, QLD, NSW and VIC!
Are you keen to support our 2025 walkers and FUNdraising campaign? We'd love your support in 3 ways:
· Donate TODAY: Support one of our 11 walkers with a donation to their FUNdraising goal. Every contribution brings us closer to our goal of $55,000. 100% of these funds go directly to the scholarship.
· Share our story on your socials with your network Tag @TerritoryConnect @RuralLeaders_AU
· Be a proud sponsor: Support our 2025 Leadership on Larapinta Gala Dinner and Auction in August 2025
Let's come together to support a future leader and make a lasting impact. Your generosity can change someone's life and empower them to lead and shape the future of the Territory.

Hi from the trails
Tuesday 18th MarMorning! Donna Digby here, founder of Territory Connect, out on the Yeperenye Trail, just outside of Mparntwe (Alice Springs). I’ve lived and worked in Central Australia for over 15 years, and I’m beyond excited as we gear up for the Leadership on Larapinta FUNdraising Walk!
We’ve got an incredible team of walkers from NT, Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria—all deadly people doing deadly things—and together, we’re on a mission to raise $55,000.
Why? To fund a Territorian’s place in Course 33 of the Australian Rural Leadership Program (ARLP), kicking off in June 2026. This life-changing program develops leadership skills, confidence, and networks for those ready to step up and make a difference in rural, regional, and remote Australia.
We’d love your support—whether it’s backing me as a walker or any of the other incredible fundraisers taking on this challenge. Every dollar goes directly towards the scholarship.
