I'm fundraising for leadership in the NT!

I’m a born and raised Alice Springs local and have lived here for almost 50 years, so this community is a big part of who I am and something I genuinely care about supporting. Growing up, I spent a lot of time out bush camping and being active, which led into gymnastics where I represented Australia. I later gave back through volunteering across the Northern Territory, which led to being recognised as a Young Australian of the Year. I still love getting outdoors, whether it’s camping or hiking. It’s where I reset and get perspective.

I’ve spent over 25 years in business leadership, including as Director of a successful engineering company. I’ve learnt that leadership isn’t just about the wins, it’s about how you handle the tough times and keep moving forward. I’m currently the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce committee, where I continue to support and contribute to the local business community. I’m passionate about helping people back themselves and take action.

I’m really looking forward to being part of this program and supporting Donna in a cause I genuinely believe in. I know the impact opportunities like this can have, and I want to help create that same opportunity for another Territorian to step forward and grow into their leadership.

This July, I’m taking on the Leadership on Larapinta FUNdraising Walk, trekking 100km through the stunning Larapinta Trail to raise funds for a Central Australian leader to participate in the Australian Rural Leadership Program (ARLP).

The ARLP is a life-changing 15-month leadership program that builds skills, confidence, and networks for leaders in rural, regional, and remote Australia. But not everyone has access to a scholarship, which is why I’m stepping up to help fund one.

🎯 My goal is to raise $2,500, contributing to our shared goal of $55,000 to fully fund a scholarship. 100% of funds go directly to the scholarship.
